FAQ

1. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g, discounts, fee)?

Free estimates/ quotes are given, pricing varies due to potential job requests.

2. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The below steps are followed.

  • 1. New client reaches out for a quote.
  • 2. An office employee reaches back to the client to set an in-person appointment with Vince via email, text, or call, and is also notified that Vince is 3-4 weeks out on start-ups.
  • 3. Once an appointment is arranged, Vince meets with the client, provides and discusses any details that the project might entail.
  • 4. Vince provides quotes in a timely manner, usually within one week's time frame. Then, he prefers to re-visit quote/design with the architect, client and himself to make sure all of the client's needs are met, and all costs options are discussed as well as completion timeframe.
  • 5. 5.75% deposit is required at point of sale for materials and to secure a spot. The faster deposit is received, the quicker projects can be started.
  • 6. Jobs are started, depending on the project, projects can take up to 2 weeks to possible 6 months.
  • 7. Lastly, the job is completed.

3. Can you help with the design phase of my project?

Yes, but at the moment, there's no in-house architect, but Vince does have an outside architect whom he has a great relationship, trusts, and relies on. All new and returning clients are at liberty to bring in their own architect, but in order to prevent any future mishaps/miscommunication he prefers to set a meeting with the architect, client and himself to review/ revisit design/quotes/any additional
items/ideas, provide insight on construction costs, and be involved from start to finish to minimize any errors in the long-run. Vince's goal is to make sure

customers stay on budget, are pleased with the overall design/cost, and the job is completed in a timely manner.
